Over the years I have observed that the best way to use the memorial video is to make it part of the memorial service. After the minister or facilitator welcomes guests is the best time to show the video. It focuses everyone’s attention on the deceased and provides an opportunity for people to know the deceased better, as the video will show different parts of their life. People will come away saying “I learned so much about (the deceased) that I didn’t know.”
